The Setting

The PEC community consists of four main buildings; the headquarters, which holds offices and the shooting range, the lab, the recreational center, connected with the cafeteria, and the library. These buildings are interspersed with the homes of the members of the Corps, some of which are home to more than one member. The homes are well-built, sturdy enough to last through the storms of their location, and fully equipped with everything the members need to do their jobs.

This community is located in Motuo County, China, one of the most desolate locations in the world. The community is kept secret by the volatile weather of the county, permitting the buildings from being seen or stumbled upon by anyone who has no previous knowledge of the PEC.
